Every year I promise myself that I’ll be more organised and get my Christmas cards written early. I’d love to be one of those incredibly together people who relax by the open fire watching a Xmas movie, sipping Baileys and leisurely writing their cards.
Instead, I’m dashing around last minute, trying to find a decent card because the best ones have sold out. I never have time to get the family to pose for a festive photo and if I do, I never manage to get them printed out. And it really would be a Christmas miracle if I managed to write a Round Robin!
If you’re like me, why not avoid the stress this year, save the trees and avoid the post office queues by sending a Christmas video message. Get the family together in their Christmas best, record a message on your phone and include photo highlights of your year. Add some titles and Christmas music, then send it out to all your friends and family.
Traditional cards usually end up in the bin, but this year, why not make sure you send a Christmas message that won’t be thrown away.
